Q. WILL I MEET YOU IN PERSON?

Our primary function is to provide support however and wherever we can. If you are within our general area, we would love to meet with you, however, the benefit of working with Performance PA is that we are remote! We are able to meet virtually and save you time and money through technological advances such as Zoom or Skype. 

Q. CAN YOU WORK ON HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, OR AFTER-HOURS?

We understand your timelines are important, however, we also believe that work/life balance is extremely important to mental health and performance, so we won't be attending to your tasks on these occasions. 

Our business hours are from 9am- 5pm Monday - Friday and we appreciate you respecting these times. 

Q. DO I HAVE TO HAVE SOMEONE FULL TIME OR IS PART TIME OK?

The great thing about our Performance PA packages and options is that we only work when you need us to! You don't have to have us on a full-time wage or salary, you pay us by the hour!

Q. WHAT IF I AM UNHAPPY, AM I LOCKED INTO ANY CONTRACTS?

We are committed to you and your business and pride ourselves on delivering results and exceptional customer service. We will always work with you to achieve your goals and desires. If for any reason you are not happy with our working relationship, please let us know. We cannot learn and grow if we don't know! If we are unable to come to a resolution, we request seven (7) days notice as outlined in our Service Agreement to terminate your agreement with us. 

Q. HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE AND HOW DO I PAY?

We offer affordable rates to get your tasks done, and offer affordable and flexible ways to partner with us. 

1 - Purchasing Regular Hours:

By purchasing regular hours, you are ensured an allocated time every month to complete your desired tasks. Your hours are premium hours to us and take priority over other tasks.

2 - Purchasing a Performance PA package:

This means you buy a certain amount of hours upfront that do not expire and are a great way to ascertain if this is a good fit for your business.  Tasks are more on an ad-hoc basis and time is assigned around ongoing clients. 

3 - Project-based packages:

You may have a project that needs to be completed rather than an ongoing arrangement, we liked to provide a tailored solution for these and will price accordingly. 

Q. HOW DO YOU KEEP TRACK OF HOURS WORKED?

We will prepare a Progress Report based on the nature of support provided, that will provide you with an overview of how your tasks are tracking, overall project performance, and accomplishments. 

Q. ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL COMPUTER SYSTEMS REQUIRED?

All of the hardware devices are supplied by Performance PA, this includes phone, computer, laptop etc. We try to keep things as basic and user-friendly as possible with minimum disruption to your business. Some programs may need to be installed from your end to assist in completing specialised tasks, however, we will work with your IT support to ascertain the best way to gain access if required. It is important to highlight our guarantee of confidentiality and privacy. We will provide you with our Privacy Policy that promises 100% confidentiality and respect of your privacy.
